These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mherievic.com (the "Site"), operated by Mherie Vic Palomo-Prevendido ("Mherie", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All content on the Site - including text, essays, frameworks such as The Quiet Power Method, branding, design, images, and audio - is owned by Mherie Vic Palomo-Prevendido or used under licence and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read it and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
