Mherie Vic Palomo-Prevendido is the Founder and Chairwoman of Through The Glass Creatives, an internationally recognized creative agency she grew from a team of five in 2021 to more than eighty people serving clients across 14+ countries, headquartered in Dubai. She is also CEO of Magna Hvati Business Solutions and founder of the Millora Foundation, with an emerging venture, PaiKnight, on the way.

Her ventures have earned 76+ international awards, and her work has been featured across 570+ news outlets. She writes and speaks on leadership, building global companies, women in leadership, and the psychology of success and healing - in a calm, grounded voice she calls Quiet Power.
